This successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities as well as driving post-investment value creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, transaction structuring, and investment execution, with a passion for working hands-on with portfolio companies, and an excellent track record of performance across the healthcare landscape.
Responsibilities
• Deal Sourcing & Market Analysis: Identify potential investment targets and maintain industry knowledge to support deal flow.
• Investment Analysis & Diligence: Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence; prepare investment memos and presentations.
• Transaction Execution: Support structuring, documentation, and closing processes for new investments.
• Portfolio Management: Partner with portfolio companies to implement growth strategies and monitor performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with advisors, industry contacts, and represent the firm at relevant events.
Requirements
• 3+ years’ Private Equity (Growth or Buyout) experience. Applicants from current M&A Bankers or consultants will NOT be considered.
• You MUST have relevant transaction experience within healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to contribute to the success of innovative healthcare companies.
